(2) HEALTH & WELLNESS:
--------------------------------
- Yoga / Meditation / Breathing
The term 'YOGA' means unison with the Universe. But in the modern day, what we term as Yoga is actually 'Asana'. We should first learn to differentiate between the two. Only then, can we be able to utilize the benefits of both of them. When we perform YOGA, it is nothing but making ourselves realize that what is outside and what is inside is not different. In our workshop, we teach the essence and significance of YOGA in our lives.
Our workshop is categorized as:
• ASANA - improves the functionality of the most sophisticated machinery in the world - The Human Body. Once the body starts functioning the way you want it to be, all other physical diseases or ailments related to strength, balance and flexibility, back pain, arthritis, heart health, body relaxation (often misunderstood as sleep) - will gradually decrease.
• AWARENESS - by just sitting still (still by all means), we will be able to gain our awareness. This has been completely wiped off of the modern society. This can be achieved by various breathing activities, which we perform in our 'Pranayam' session.
Our workshop is accompanied by beautiful music of ethno-ambient guitar, chord voicing, bansuri and ocarina.
