'Global Sounds' edition

 

Rare instruments for World Peace:

Armenia, Georgia, Syria, Germany, St. Petersburg, MENA, USA, India



'Global Sounds' is a borderless musical project of Gharana Fusion, initiated by Global Development Mission (East Europe) and specially designed for UNESCO Peace concerts. The project involves top-notch musicians from different countries and their traditional instruments and unique playing style. This includes players from Armenian Philharmonic, Komitas Conservatory, Naregatsi Institute, Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin, US community and others. Instruments played are the Duduk, Blul, Shvi, Dohl, Tombak, Oud, Didgeridoo, Hammered Dulcimer, Clarinet and Ethno Guitar.

The musicians perform live concerts in different demographics of Europe, Nordic, Middle East and North Africa, to spread the message of peace and harmony.
